Sales Engineer Spain (m/f/d)

Your perspective:

This is a full-time Remote and Hybrid position for a Sales Engineer at Esders Spain. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, conducting sales activities, Generating and Nurturing leads and delivering excellent customer service. The Sales Engineer will also be responsible for effective communication and sales strategies to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

  •  Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers
  • Talk with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine requirements
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
  • Generate and nurture leads by collaborating with the sales team, doing research and reaching out to prospects.
  • Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery
  • Suggest modified products to meet customer needs
  • Help clients solve problems with equipment
  • Recommend improved machinery to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase efficiency

Your profile:

  •  Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or equivalent position.
  • Maximum 10 years of professional Experience
  • Technical understanding and great communication skills.
  • Analytical thinker and problem solver.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to self-motivate and to work independently and remotely.
  • Very high organizational skills.
  • Highly motivated team player
  • Strong Sales skills
  • Experience in the gas and bio-Gas industries are strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • ability to thrive in fast working environment
  • Language requirement: Native/Excellent Spanish, Working proficiency English
