Your responsibilities:

As a Regional Sales Manager, Spain, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth in Spain. Your role encompasses various facets of sales, including new client acquisition, up-selling and cross-selling, and introducing our cutting-edge device technology to new customer segments, Cold calling and shoe leathering. You'll play a pivotal role in assessing the market for emerging trends, gathering feedback, and identifying growth opportunities. Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers will be key, along with proactively engaging with prospects through compelling sales presentations and active participation in industry events. With a well-supported, high-turnover sales territory, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your passion for sales, exceptional communication skills, and self-motivated, results-driven approach will drive success in this dynamic role.   • Receive and review lead lists from the Marketing team.
  • Conduct cold calls to qualify leads and set up appointments.
  • Drive to customer locations for product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Engage in "shoe leathering" by visiting prospects to build relationships and introduce products.
  • Acquire new clients through proactive cold calling and relationship building.
  • Nurture leads to secure appointments for product presentations.
  • Introduce our device technology to new customer groups.
  • Prepare and submit tenders for potential sales opportunities.
  • Engage in up-selling and cross-selling to existing customers.
  • Provide ongoing client support to maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Assess market trends, gather feedback, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Actively engage with the market to identify decision-makers.
  • Participate in industry events to network and promote products.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospects and customers.
  • Manage a well-supported, high-turnover sales territory to maximize sales performance.

Your qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the gas, water, or wastewater industries
  • Minimum 5 years of active sales experience, with at least 1 year as Regional Sales Manager
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Good understanding of technical products and solutions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the gas and bio-Gas industries are strongly preferred
