Your perspective:

This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Development Representative at Esders Italy. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating and activating leads, maintaining and recording leads in the system, nurturing leads by cold calling and emails, and setting up online appointments, presenting the products remotely, looking for tenders, doing online presentations, and supporting the Regional Sales Manager. The Sales Development Representative will also be responsible for effective communication and sales strategies to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
 

  • Generating and activating leads by identifying potential clients and reaching out to them through various channels such as cold calling, emailing, social media, and the internet.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all leads and sales activity in the CRM systems.
  • Scheduling online appointments and product presentations with prospective clients.
  • Actively searching for tenders relevant to our products and services.
  • Collaborating closely with the Regional Sales Manager to support sales activities and strategies.
  • Providing technical support to customers to ensure they fully understand and benefit from our products.
  • Delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Developing and executing effective communication and sales strategies to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Your profile:

  • You have a minimum of 2 years, maximum of 10 years of experience in technical sales.
  • You know how to turn prospects into long-term clients.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage clients and present our products persuasively.
  • You are a go-getter who thrives in a remote work environment.
  • You take initiative, work independently, and are committed to achieving and exceeding targets.
  • You are comfortable using CRM systems and other digital tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
  • You are collaborative and work well with others, to support overall sales strategies and contribute to team success.
  • You are highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously, ensuring that no opportunity slips through the cracks.
  • You are driven by the desire to contribute to the growth of the company, constantly seeking new opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills in sales.
  • You have the ability to thrive in a fast-working environment.
  • Language requirement: Native/Excellent Italian, working proficiency in English.
