… take on both disciplinary and functional leadership of your team, which operates in Haselünne as well as at our international locations.
… develop the long-term strategic direction for our international sales activities and implement the defined growth targets operationally together with your team.
… personally manage our most important key account partner companies and further expand our global partner network.
… continuously analyze and optimize existing sales processes to ensure efficiency, transparency, and scalability in international business.
… travel internationally on a regular basis to understand markets and strengthen relationships on site.
